Public bug reported: Binary package hint: openoffice.org
OpenOffice.org Presentation v2.4.0 openoffice.org-core1:2.4.0-3ubuntu6, Tue Apr 22, 02:27:09 UTC 2008 Hardy Heron 8.04 1) Create new presentation with several slides. 2) Name some or all slides from the default of 'Slide n' to any text string. 3) Save as Microsoft Powerpoint 97/2000/XP .ppt format, and quit Impress. 4) Launch Impress and open presentation. 5) All slides have reverted to 'Slide n' names. This does NOT happen when saved as .odp file. Slide names imported from an original Powerpoint file are displayed correctly, but lost as above if re-saved after editing. I would be happy to run any tests if that is helpful.
