Performing the following appears to workaround the problem.
I'd like to take few more days to test that, but it is looks ok.
On
System-Prefrences-Sound
Set all devices from autodetect to ALSA.

The problem appears to be with the autodetect
So setting to ALSA or PulseAudio, Does solve the problem.
