Public bug reported:
I was trying to use PTstitcher as engine in hugin in 8.04 and then
noticing that the required binary PTmender (PTstitcher replacement) was
missing. Further research showed, that it should be included in
libpano12-bin. It can be found in the package description and you can
find it in the changelogs of older feisty packages.
So the binary PTmender is missing in the package libpano12-bin
