I can partly confirm this bug.
Hardy-proposed released openoffice 1:2.4.1~rc1 today and did not upgrade the
language files. This causes dependencies to be broken.
The upgrade should not have bean released with so many dependencies broken. All
the language packages must be upgraded as soon as
