im using Ubuntu 10.04 with Evince 2.30.3

The PDF file is indeed broken I've tested it with acroread, xpdf and
evince and in none of them the hyperlinks worked, closing the report as
the pdf is broken, not a bug.

I figured out it may have to do with how the PDF file was created. In
the attachment, none of the links are activated - meaning, the mouse
pointer does not change when I hover over the link, and the link is not
clickable.
