I can confirm this issue still exists in 11.04, login field will not
populate correctly when trying to enter Username credential. Tried in
firefox, chrome and also tried loging in using a virtualized (virtualbox
4.1) windows 7 using IE 9, chrome and firefox, same issue.

I am experiencing this issue consistently on Hardy using Firefox 3,
Opera and Epiphany. I have attempted both solutions mentioned above to
no avail; specifically running clearing my flash cookie for BofA and
running firefox under sudo.

The reason is due to a corrupt flash cookie. The flash cookies are
global to a user profile. OS profile that is. Which means, multiple
browsers under the same OS account will not solve the problem. You have
