Hello, As documented in bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xserver-xorg-video- intel/+bug/138256 I have solved the freezes with my Intel graphics card by adding the ForceEnablePipeA option to xorg.conf. I have tested with that option for about a month, and no other similar freeze has happened.
