Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-orca

When Loading a page with flash content, Orca stops speaking. I have
tried to get to applications menu to log out and back in, but it doesn't
work. The only way I have found to get the computer working again is to
press ctrl-alt-backspace. It is very easy to duplicate, just have orca
running and load any site with audio/video flash content. I am using
Ubuntu 8.04 Hardy. This problem did not happen in 7.10 Gutsy.
