that's not a nautilus bug, you might want to open a bug on whatever
software write such configurations

I never set anything in /desktop/gnome/url-handlers manually, but indeed it
is set to this.
:~/.gconf/desktop/gnome/url-handlers/ftp$ cat %gconf.xml
/usr/lib/firefox-3.0b3/firefox

gconf-editor which is using this value?
