Binary package hint: transmission

If Transmission is set to default to some location (Such as an external
drive) that no longer exists, it will not check to see if that location
is presesnt. It will simply fail to receive any data, even though it
shows traffic. The downloaded bytes will pile up, but the file will not
be verified an no progress will be shown.

It would be nice if the default location was confirmed to exist on
starting a download. If you check the preferences pain, it will throw an
error about the nonexistent location, but if you just open a .torrent,
the file tries in vain to download to the nonexistent drive.
