Public bug reported:
If I choose the menu entry View->Toolbars->GluePoints (the menu entry can be
different because I have a german version). The glue point toolbar appears. If
I want to add a new glue point to an object, the new point button don't stay
activated and I cannot add new glue points.
But, if I add the glue point toolbar with the drawing toolbar at the bottom
(where all the shapes are lying ) and then try to add some glue points, it
works.
The problem occurs in the linux and windows version, both in version 2.3 and
2.4.
