Another one with this problem.
If I try to vzctl stop 'guest' it will eventually time out with the
following messages in syslog:
unregister_netdevice: waiting for lo to become free. Usage count = 2
This takes all networking down on the host machine.
I have to physically reset the host.

While running linux-image-2.6.24-20-openvz(2.6.24-20.38)
a vzctl stop VEID gives a timeout and:
