the topic for discussion on ubuntu-devel-discuss list, almost nobody
will read the comments on this bug and discuss it there

Sorry for the delay; I thought I sent a reply to this. One idea would
be to provide a lineage from who exec'd who, from yelp back to init.
Then you can have a pretty good guess of which package to really file
against. I'm not sure /proc carries that information however.

thank you for your bug report, that's a known issue but what change
would you suggest to avoid that? that's not really a bug if users don't
read the launchpad page where they are sent before opening a bug
