I'm getting an (apparently) random system freeze in Intrepid. Sometimes
a few seconds after the mouse/keyboard stops working I'll see small
patches of corruption on the screen, like lines moving up and down. A
few seconds after the freeze ubuntu restarts. This didn't happen in
Hardy, but the laptop is over 2 years old so I can't rule out hardware
failure. Can someone advise me what to attach? Thanks
