In intrepid LTSP is on the Ubuntu Alternate CD, nothing in edubuntu-
desktop depends on LTSP. Nothing in edubuntu-meta depends on LTSP in
fact. However, Mackenzie brings up a good question. Kevin, do you know
if you installed LTSP?

Have you by chance tried this with the final release of 8.10? It's
rather unlikely that Edubuntu would make your system unbootable as it's
just educational apps on top of Ubuntu. If you really had a
LVM/encryption bug it would be from the Ubuntu side of things, in which
case we need to retarget
