yep same problem here... i am quite new to linux and running ubuntu 8.04 and i get the same problem. internet works well breifly and then just jams up. i use usb wi-fi adapters and have tryed out various models including netgear wg111v2 and cnet adapters and am getting the 1mb/s rate. quite
