I did some more testing today and my m1330 resumed fine after suspend.
I'm not sure why it didn't earlier.

i have same problem with my notebook MSI S262. After closing top cover
or put system into suspend mode notebook go to suspend but cant restore
from it. Black screen and no reaction any keys.
