This bug is very important for Lithuanian users, because our national TV
(LRT.lt) uses mmsh for internet TV translations :(
So, I'm providing very short instructions how to watch http://lrt.lt/tv in
Lithuanian language:
LRT tiesiogines transliacijas galite žiūrėti ir Ubuntu ar Baltix
GNU/Linux
Thanks Dmitriy Larchenko - solved this long standing problem for me!

Is there anyone willing to investigate this? Already 9 months have
passed without any tangible benefit and even without changing of the
bug's 'NEW' status. Do you need any additional data to keep it going or
what? Keeping it all silent won't solve the issue, it persists. Would
you at least mind to
Same on ubuntu jaunty 9.04 gstreamer0.10-plugins: base, bad, ugly, good.
I even tried the multiverse ones. Nothing, not even mplayer will play

I beg Your pardon for the bad english, it will be so correct now (I hope): I
also confirmed this bug an Hardy and an the Intrepid. I tryd this stream, to
play with many mediaplayers, (vlc, totem, mplayer etc...certanly with the
plugins of Firefox!), but the results are same. No picture and
I also cinfirm this information. Unfotunetly the online streams of
hirt.net, do not work! Entweder an Hardy nor an Intrepid!
