Steps to reproduce.
Laptop res 1280x800
Monitor res 1680x1050
Select clone mode in Nvidia control panel.
Both monitors have the new resolution and are clones but the top and
bottom panels are at the top (not fully horizontal) and middle of the
screen (should be bottom) respectively.
Running Intrepid with all updates up to 17/10/08.
