As I made the darkroom theme, ubuntu is upstream for this. As I already
mentioned the bug has been fixed and is in the waiting line for a
release. If you want it fixed now, install the package from my ppa

Reproduced the problem with human-theme 0.28.5, and verified the fix
works with 0.28.6 from proposed. Tested the file renaming, as well as a
variety of other text input areas (gedit, firefox) and general usage.

I tested it and uploaded to unapproved, and asked Steve about a late
accept. It might very well be refused, though, since intrepid is quite
solidly frozen.
