1) New if reproducible in 9.04, or
2) Invalid if you cannot reproduce it in 9.04.

Flash on Intrepid 64 is not working
Purge all of nspluginwrapper, flashplugin-nonfree, and ia32-libs.
Then update and reinstall flashplugin-nonfree, and restart your web browser.
That doesn't work for me, fresh install of Ibex (because the upgrade
from heron broke everything, but that's beside the point)

Since Gutsy I thing there is nothing else to do that install it through
firefox.
Of course behind it install nspluginwrapper
$ nspluginwrapper
nspluginwrapper, configuration tool. Version 1.1.2
And if you have look to my screen-shots [...] you can read:
