Binary package hint: usb-creator
Recreate steps:
1) Burn an Intrepid (8.10) Live CD image to DVD media (NOT CD media)
2) Boot into the Live image
3) Insert a 4GB (or less) USB stick
3) Select 'System' -> 'Administration' -> 'Create a USB startup disk'
The application correctly shows /cdrom with a size of 4.4GB, but
incorrectly assumes that the DVD is full, thus requiring a USB stick of
same or greater size.
