Hi can confirm that sound and video are back(incl DVD playback) in
2.6.24-24 on my vostro 1310...however notably eject key and play/ pause,
skip buttons are still unmapped

Same problem here on Toshiba Satellite U305 laptop after upgrading to
2.6.24.22. No DVD playback in any app. Rebooting with 2.6.24.21 fixed
problems. I didn't notice any keymapping problems but wasn't looking
for them either.

Have just updated to 2.6.24-22 and the same problem is present. When I
try and look at a .vob file I get invalid argument as well. Update has
also broken sound again and buttons remain unmapped. It seems that every
update is a step backwards.
