Yes, please add this to Intrepid!
As others have already said, it's by far the best diff tool around...and it's
been in the repository for the last few releases...and does not depend on a
full KDE desktop...

kdiff3 doesn't need KDE desktop (only kdelibs4c2a), I use it with vanilla
Ubuntu (Gnome). BTW, it's the best merging tool, please add it :).
