Is there a fix planned for intrepid? My volume buttons were fine while
I was temporarily using the radeon driver; however, when I switched to
the fglrx driver, I started getting the symptoms described above (as
well as in the duplicate bug).
I have an IBM T43 with an X300 (which is no longer

All the special keys do precisely what they're supposed to.

I can confirm this bug. Started happening either after I upgraded xorg
or changed from the fglrx to the open-source radeon driver. The xorg
upgrade makes more sense to me. I'm on a IBM Thinkpad T60.
