[Bug 29377] Re: pkg-config data is installed with the x-Flag

2009-01-06 Thread Colin Watson
As you note, this has indeed been fixed. There's no record of it in the changelog, but it appears to have been fixed by the Debian maintainer (or upstream?) sometime between 5.8.8-1 and 5.9.1-2. I agree with your gripe about bug triage practices, and often point the same thing out myself. Please

Incidentally, 5.8.8-1 was in Ubuntu 7.04, and 5.9.1-2 was in Ubuntu 7.10. -- pkg-config data is installed with the x-Flag https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/29377 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is a direct subscriber. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list

Is this still a problem with Ubuntu Hardy or Intrepid, the current development version? ** Changed in: autogen (Ubuntu) Assignee: (unassigned) = Pascal De Vuyst (pascal-devuyst) Status: Confirmed = Incomplete -- pkg-config data is installed with the x-Flag

Dear Triagers, is it really that hard to install autogen on your machine, check if the bug is still valid and close or confirm it for that version? Please tell me why on the one hand you usually ask for explicit reproduction details on most of the bug reports and why on the other, you don't care
