If dom0-cpus is set (in my example: dom0-cpus=1), rebooted or shut down domUs
keep hanging in state 's' (shutdown) and won't destroy or restart.
I use hardy 8/04 x64 and:
ii xen-hypervisor-3.2 3.2.0-0ubuntu10
The Xen Hypervisor for i386 and amd64.
