removed myself from bug due to not having time at this bug and package
will be shiped with with this bug however we will get it in the next
release of Seamonkey. It will either be me of Alexander fixing this
issue.

I was able to reproduce this on Intrepid. Steps to reproduce:
1) sudo aptitude install seamonkey
2) sudo aptitude install mozilla
step 2 will tell you about the broken dependency
marking as confirmed, importance low

unable to reproduce this issue with either.
