Binary package hint: kdemultimedia
The new plasma desktop uses a folder view to show the ~/Desktop folder.
Clicking on files from this, for whatever reason, tries to open them as
desktop:/file rather than ~/Desktop/file. Dragon player will fail to
load media files like this (and continue to fail from the item in the
recently played list). It shows in the status bar "No media loaded".
The same file can be played correctly using "Play File...", by selecting
the file in the ~/Desktop folder.
