If checkpolicy no longer Conflicts with selinux, then we can sync it. Ubuntu's change to checkpolicy was to get a versioned selinux Conflict so our epoched selinux package wouldn't conflict any more. (Since there is now no Conflicts at all, we don't need to re-add the versioned Conflicts. Please
