1.42-0ubuntu1 is in the archive now, and this backports with no source
changes.
The packaging has changed for Jaunty though - transmission-cli has been
split in to transmission-daemon and transmission-cli. Would it be best
to revert this change for the backport, and keep the Intrepid packaging?

FWIW, I prepared Transmission 1.42 for Jaunty. I'm just awaiting
somebody to sponsor it, but it seems a lot of people are probably still
on vacation.
