Yes, in the file is totally wrong content.
Can you delete the content of the file? Type sudo gedit in a terminal and
then open the file and remove the content and save. After that you should add
the add the Medibuntu repository again. How that works is described under
You're better off just deleting the file as opposed to emptying the
contents of it, as there is nothing worth keeping in the file.
And you should use gksudo gedit as opposed to sudo gedit. The latter
can break permissions in your home folder (leading to more bug reports)
