When trying to connect to a KDM process using XDMCP as described here by
Fabian, the !M logo briefly appears but then the display stays dark

This still seems to have worked a few moths ago, but no
I couldn't make XDMCP work neither from freenx nor from NXServer from
NoMachine.
Did you executed nxagent by yourself??
If so, please post the steps.
