The profile i'm using is about 20 days old, does this still count as new? Of course, the two IMAP accounts contain about 5 year worth of email, all sub-folder together are more than 50k messages. In the meantime, i have a new valgrind log, definitely lost: 331kByte, indirectly lost: 25MByte.
