I've been able to create panorama with the test files from launchpad
report. But I've found out that problem may be in file DSC09720-1.JPG which
seems slightly damaged (for example geeqie wasn't able to open that one).

Just to add that if I try the Dawson Marina photos...
... on the Athlon64 PC, as mentioned above, it has problems with finding
the control points for two joins, I do them manually, it tells me I need
to run align again, I press the align button again, it works, and then I
can create the panorama.
I've attached the output of those commands.

dbgsym packages since those require the Ubuntu version to be installed.

Hi,
I succeed in getting a picture with that picture. The only manual thing
I did is that hugin haven't been able to connect group 0,1,2,3, 6 and 7
with group 4,5. I then manually create matching point between 3 and 4,
optimize everything and voila.

Does this just crash when you try to optimise 'everything' or does it
crash whatever you select to optimise?
I'm wondering if #317209 is a duplicate of this one.

I just did an optimize on positions, and it did the same thing.
This could be related to some problems I was having with Hugin... I might try a
different Ubuntu install or something.
