Is this still an issue? This was a hwtest bug filed ages ago and there
have been many, many checkboxes since then.

Also, bumping the importance back to Medium for now as I don't know that
this is still relevant, and I think it may at least partially resolved
by the checkbox-offline work and the fact that simply not providing an
e-mail address causes checkbox to not submit now.

You are absolutely right. This will be partially addressed by #305111 as
that will provide a mechanism for saving a results file, but if the
internet test fails then you should be at least warned before trying to
submit, or submission is disabled by the test failure.
