Public bug reported: Binary package hint: abiword
I tried abiword today as an alternative to OpenOffice.org which doesn't play well with samba network shares ( see also: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openoffice.org/+bug/247485 ). Abiword also doesn´t play well with samba network shares. When I try to open a file i get the following error: "Error importing file: smb://pathtofile/file". I have tried with several files. Now everytime I have to save a file to my home dir then move this file to the proper network location. I really hope this gets fixed really soon.
