Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: update-manager

I tried to upgrade from 8.10 to 9.04 and got a problem with vim-runtime (
reported here https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/vim/+bug/307695 ).
But after report of this bug, Ubuntu asked me to report a new one (this one). I
don't know exactly what was wrong except vim-runtime so I cannot tell you
anything concrete.
