Previously with exiv2 0.17, users of exiv2 such as ufraw, would silently write a significantly-reduced subset of EXIF tags to files they export, at least on newer cameras such as the Nikon D90. I found exiv2 0.18 corrects this, transferring almost all EXIF tags. Let me know if you'd like numbers,
