Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: nautilus-cd-burner

When attempting to create a DVD with a directory structure that is not ISO 9660
compliant (specifically, more than six nested directories), the CD/DVD Creator
built into Nautilus
  1) indicates an error occurred but provides no details when writing directly
to disc
  2) closes during initialization without warning when writing to .iso image

Affects nautilus-cd-burner 2.24.0-0ubuntu1 on Ubuntu 8.10
2.6.27-9-generic.

To replicate
  1) create a non-empty file with >6 nested directories, such as:
         a/b/c/d/e/f/g/h/file
  2) launch CD/DVD Creator and add the top-most folder a/
  3) click Write to Disc, select Write disc to: File image, click Ok
  4) select to location to save the .iso image and click Ok
  5) A progress indicator will appear and disappear, no .iso image is written,
no warning given

Replace step 3) with writing to Disc. In step 5), the progress
indicator states an error has occurred without any details.

The user should receive more details about the error. Brasero indicates
which directories are deeply nested. CD/DVD Creator should do the same.

** Affects: nautilus-cd-burner (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
