I have discovered what I guess is a work around. In SystemAdministrationPrinting, I right click on the printer icon and select Properties. Under Device URI, I click Change. After a period of waiting, the computer seems to set a new URI and then all is well... for a while. What is

dsiddens, your print queue was full of jobs, therefore your test job did not get processed. Can you delete all the jobs from the queue (you can alternatively do cancel -a on the command line) and also turn off and turn on the router and the printer and then try the troubleshooting wizard again?
