I donĀ“t know by which apps it is, but it is by me non kde, when i wanted
to play Wesnoth, there was no sound, is going to look, if pulseaudio can
not better be disabled.

The strange thing if i unmute and pu volume up the sound works for kde
but not non kde apps like vlc dont have sound.
