I have the same problem, on a machine with that yields the same lspci
info...
If it helps, In my syslog file these lines always occur together and
only with the hang, which follows immediately mostly, but sometimes as
late as [ 78.712010]...

I had the same problem on my Thinkpad T60, but the suggested solution
did not work for me. Instead, the command:
sudo aticonfig --acpi-services=off
helps.
