1.1.2.dfsg-1, available in Ubuntu Jaunty. Could you please test with

Try to purge deluge and install it from the Ubuntu repository. Let's see if the
older version is working or not. If it's working you could try to reinstall the
new version. 1.1 is working fine for me.
