Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-system-monitor
When the display first paints, the blue up arrow and purple down arrow are corrupt (see screen shot). Maximizing the window then returning it to its initial size via the window decorations fixes the problem. I am using an nvidia video card and compiz is set to Ubuntu's definition of 'none'.
