I think this bug is more suited to upstream attention.
Evolution still uses a GNOME about dialog instead of a GtkAboutDialog.
There is a proposal to change all GNOME applications to a new layout of
about dialogue - http://live.gnome.org/GnomeGoals/AboutDialog
