Binary package hint: openoffice.org

When you have a rectangle in Draw, you have on each corner a point to change 
the dimention width and length together, and in the middle of all the sides 
also a point to change width and length separately.
But. when you try to drag the middle of the sides, length and width change 
together, just like you drag a corner. It's probably a new bug, in former days 
this worked.
Please have a look at the attachement with the screenshot.
