I have the same problem on my Acer Aspire One (9" netbook). It has a
screen resolution of 1024x600. And the game window is higher than 600
px. I have tried the game in both Ubuntu 9.04 and 9.10-beta.
The work around is using alt-click to move the window up and down as
needed.

This also happens for me. As a workaround, as with many applications, it
is possible to hold down the left alt key and simultaneously use the
mouse to drag the window into view.

Pedro,
I dont believe this is a large bug. The problem is that the game window does
not allow to be resized, its only options are close and minimize. If I could
resize the window, the problem would probably be corrected.
