I still have the problem,
I use
cpufreq-selector -g performance
to select the correct performance governor. Of course we wait for the
bug to be fixed

Setting status to "confirmed" since it also happens on an other
computer. But this time, the privilege elevation (allow the user to
change CPU frequency) has already been done before, so this bug has
nothing to do at least with "first time" privilege elevation.
