Prewious sent enabled-wify-dmesg.txt and enabled-wify-rfkillstate.txt is does'nt displayed my bugreport. I hope this comment does'nt sent two time. Now, I updated my system. Because I not found your requested testing kernel, I tested this problem now with actual kernel (2.6.32-9-generic).

@Attila -- could you confirm whether you have tested the Lucid 2.6.31-8.12 kernel. This is a differnet kernel from the 2.6.32.8 mainline build. The 2.6.31-8.12 kernel contained a new omnibook driver which claims to support some Toshiba Satellite Pro models. Please report back here. ** Changed
